Exploring the Arts
The newly refurbished Courthouse Plaza in Redwood City was the site for a recent SVS South San Francisco arts-oriented excursion.
A group of six consumers was formed recently because of a shared interest in the arts and culture.
Of late they have visited a number of area museums and have rented an art studio
in SF for a day to work on some art
pieces.
When not pursuing their interest in art, this group is busy with paid work contracts at
City Lights Lighting in
San Francisco and Proteolix in South San Francisco. Pictured above John Bobrowski who was captured by the camera as he listened
intently to the lunchtime musical presentation by a visiting folk singer. Also pictured are (standing): Thomas Aamot, Julian Fanese and Brian Keyes
as well as SVS South San Francisco Program Director Cuauhtemoc "Temo" Martinez
and staff person Simon Tran as they go over a program brochure of upcoming Redwood City Arts events.
